Payment via Credit Cards Through our website, you can benefit from the opportunity to make a single online payment or use installment options for all types of credit cards. At the end of your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card for online payments.

Order Refunds In case of the cancellation of your orders for any reason, İpek Işık will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within seven business days. However, you must provide your correct and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our company’s finance officers.

Delivery We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that require longer preparation times, the shipping delivery time is indicated in the product details. In case of a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed. To ensure the smooth delivery of your product, please provide the address where you will be located during the day as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you specified at the time of ordering.

In the case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, uprisings, public movements, mobilization announcements, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, infrastructure and internet disruptions, or power outages (collectively referred to as “Force Majeure” below), that prevent the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the agreement, the parties will not be held responsible. During this period, the rights and obligations arising from this agreement will be suspended.

You can contact our company to discuss different delivery conditions. Additionally, shipping deliveries are only valid within Turkey.

Payment Tracking If the system encounters any issues preventing the transaction from being completed, our visitor will be informed of the situation at the end of the payment page.

If there is any mistake in the specified address causing the order not to be delivered, the orderer will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.

We are as responsible to the bank whose credit card system we use as we are to our customer regarding the fulfillment of delivery.

If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the delivery officer. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier company to prepare a report.

Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier company has fully fulfilled its responsibility.

If the product is damaged: Inform our company as soon as possible with the report you have prepared.

Once you complete these steps, we will initiate the necessary actions regarding your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
